SYSTEM SUMMARY
MIMECAST
Mimecast is a system FirstBank uses to prevent SPAM and Phishing Emails. It is not uncommon for an
email you are looking for to get caught in Mimecast. All mortgage associates will receive an email at 9am
and 3pm central each day from “FirstBank Administrator”. It is a Daily Digest to alert you of any emails
that were flagged by Mimecast. From this digest email, you can release, block and permit the email
without having to log into Mimecast! Please do not ignore this email and review it carefully each day.
You will still able to log into Mimecast, however you will have to be on the VPN to access the website.

underwriting and closing queues.
