Rodney Wilds
Central Tennessee Area Manager
Rodney Wilds recently joined FirstBank Mortgage and is excited to bring greater than 20 years
of experience in mortgage and management as Area Manager based in Franklin Tennessee. In
his role, Rodney has the pleasure of recruiting and mentoring a team of amazing Loan Officers
with a focus on enhancing FirstBank’s commitment to provide high quality service and guidance
for fellow Tennesseans toward a key component of the American Dream, homeownership.
Rodney resides in Arrington with his wife, two sons, and dog, Dixie. In his spare time you can
catch him on the golf course, at home with family, or rooting for the Tennessee Vols, where is
oldest son attends school.
Wes Whitehead
East Tennessee Area Manager
Wes joined FirstBank in 2018 with 18 years of experience in the Mortgage Industry as
a mortgage originator. He is a Middle Tennessee State graduate and a 4-year letterman in
baseball. He has been married to Meredith for over 15 years and they have three children;
Blaine, Hudson and Emery. They also have a mini Golden Doodle dog name Rizzo. Some of
Wes’s hobbies include golf, coaching youth baseball and boating with family and friends.
Debbie Hill
Sevierville Area Manager
Debbie has been in the mortgage industry for more than 38 years, starting out processing and
underwriting before becoming a Loan Officer, and even owned her own Mortgage company
during her long career. All of this knowledge and experience has been a valuable asset in
helping thousands of people achieve their dream of homeownership and has made Debbie not
only a consistent top producer in the industry, but also an excellent manager and mentor. She
is committed to FirstBank’s mission to serve her community and continue the legacy she has
worked so hard to create. Debbie has been married to her husband Geoff for 32 years and they
have 2 children, Eli, age 22, and Zoe, 15. She enjoys cooking, watching her daughter play tennis
and volleyball, and is very involved with her church and community activities.
