Kim Moon
North Alabama Area Manager
Kim Moon’s role as North Alabama Area Manager is to encourage growth, unity, and provide
support to the North Alabama team. Kim’s focus is about exceeding customer expectations and
providing excellent customer service. She has 39 years’ experience in the mortgage industry.
She has been married for 33 years and has one daughter that is 23. In her free time, Kim loves
cooking and walking outdoors.
Karen Campbell
South Alabama Area Manager
Karen Campbell has a long-standing reputation in the mortgage lending community throughout
the Gulf Coast. She strives to continually help people fulfill their home buying dreams through
quality and personalized services. Her managerial expertise combined with her extensive
background in residential loan origination, processing, and underwriting continues to fulfill a
mission of a positive home buying experience for clients, while also creating lasting relationships
with referral partners and team members. Karen has been a part of the Gulf Coast community
for 26 years, devoted to her husband Acie and three children. Karen enjoys spending time at the
beach, the hunting camp, and serving others through church and local community organizations.
Jason Lee
Central Alabama Area Manager
Jason Lee is a Mortgage Banker with FirstBank Mortgage. He has 21 years’ experience
originating loans and has spent the last 10 years leading The Jason Lee Group, one of the
top producing groups in the state of Alabama. Jason Is originally from Andalusia, Alabama
but has called Birmingham home for the last 21 years. He is a graduate of Auburn University
with a degree in Finance. In his spare time Jason enjoys Auburn sports, golf and attending
live concerts. Jason’s focus as a Mortgage Banker is to provide the absolute best mortgage
experience possible for his clients. With his team in place that has perfected their roles in the
process, they can provide you great products and pricing along with a great experience.
Bree Shores
Fairhope Area Sales Manager
Bree Shores currently serves as the Sales Manager and Mortgage Banker at FirstBank in
Fairhope, Alabama. With over eight years of experience in the mortgage industry, Bree has a
proven track record of helping clients navigate the complexities of home financing. Her deep
understanding of the local market and commitment to exceptional customer service have
earned her a reputation as a trusted advisor in the community. She leads a talented team and
fosters a collaborative environment focused on achieving each client's success.
Before joining FirstBank, Bree was a realtor who specialized in working with buyers and
managed marketing efforts for her brokerage. She also has a solid background in the insurance
industry, which contributes to her well-rounded expertise. Bree is dedicated to educating
borrowers about their options and offering personalized solutions that fit their needs.
