8. To add a photo, click on the below icon, select
your picture and click Insert. You may need
to resize your photo prior to adding in your
signature.
9. Adding an “Click Here To Apply!” link For Loan Officers and Loan Officer Assistants.
a) Click the below icon.
b) Fill out “Text to Display” and add your
direct Encompass link provided by IT.
c) Click OK.
d) The link on your signature page is active.
e) Click OK.
f) Close out of current email and open
a new email.
g) Your signature should be attached.
