This is not to take the place of the Talent Advantage course but to assist with the instructions in the
Accounting Memo regarding selection of the chart of accounts, cost center selection and completing
the MISC field to identify the account number for reports to be expedited more efficiently.
There are three ways to access this form:
1. Your Onboarding Specialist
2. Your Onboarding Manual
3. The Vault
You may access Banktel directly or there is a shortcut on the Vault (Ascend).
