Megan Henley
Mortgage Marketing Manager
Megan Henley is the Mortgage Marketing Manager at FirstBank Mortgage, where she leads
strategic initiatives, multi-channel campaigns, and brand storytelling to support business
growth. With over a decade of experience across financial services, hospitality, and sales, she
brings both analytical insight and creative strategy to her work.
A Middle Tennessee State University graduate with a degree in Marketing, Megan has spent
the last eight years growing within FirstBank—from Mortgage Banking Assistant to Regional
Sales Manager Assistant—before stepping into her current leadership role. She is passionate
about empowering borrowers to build generational wealth through FirstBank’s mission of
“Helping Others Get to a Better Place.”
Megan lives in Middle Tennessee with her husband, two children, and their dog. She stays
active in her community through United Way of South-Central Tennessee, Rutherford Cable,
and volunteer work at her church, and she enjoys cheering on her kids at t-ball and gymnastics.
Mark Hickman
Chief Human Resources Officer
As Chief Human Resources Officer, Mark Hickman is responsible for the overall human
resources strategy, design, implementation, administration, and compliance of the FirstBank
human resources programs. Born and raised in Chattanooga, Tennessee, Mark attended
Tennessee State University where he received both a Bachelor’s and Master of Business
Administration degrees. Mark enjoys spending time with his family and friends, playing
tennis and traveling.
