ENCOMPASS SANDBOX MODE
What is Sandbox Mode?
Sandbox mode is basically READ ONLY, without needing another user to be in the file to activate.
This enables users to test out multiple scenarios without affecting the file in the end.
How do I get into Sandbox Mode?
To enter Sandbox Mode (aka Read only ), simply Right Click on a file, and select “Sandbox Mode”
at the bottom. A pop-up will appear letting the user know they are about to enter Sandbox mode
– click OK. When in Sandbox mode, multiple business/access rules are disabled, allowing users to
change items they typically wouldn’t be able to due to lock status/milestone/etc.
