Louise Collins
Senior HR Business Partner
Louise Collins joined FirstBank almost 5 years ago as a Senior HR Business Partner. She is
excited to support both the Ops and Mortgage Teams lead by Scott Tansil and the Nashville
South Region reporting to David Forshee. Before joining FirstBank, Louise was a HR
Business Partner at Franklin American Mortgage Company/ Citizens for 11 years. Louise
lives in Nashville with her husband, Michael and their two dogs. Their son, Jack lives in NYC
and you can find Mom and Dad in NYC visiting as often as they can.
Marc Moreland
Mortgage Loan Servicing Manager, AVP
Marc Moreland enjoys providing FirstBank family the support they need to be successful. As
a Mortgage Servicing Manager, he strives for customers to feel confident they placed their
trust in FirstBank and for the years to come. He is responsible for the servicing team, customer
experience and subservicer oversight. FirstBank’s mission and values strongly align with his
mission to help customers through life. He is married with three children, a Great Dane, and
an alley cat. In his free time, you will find him at a lake boating, watching college football or
smoking BBQ.
Patrick Reese
Director of Mortgage Capital Markets and Post Closing
Patrick is responsible for Mortgage Capital Markets, Product Development and Final Docs.
Patrick joined FirstBank in 2025 with 26 years of experience in mortgage banking. Prior to
joining FirstBank, Patrick was the President of Rushmore Correspondent Lending Division
and held multiple leadership positions at Franklin American Mortgage Company. Patrick
loves solving complex problems, strategic planning and improving operational efficiency.
He is a native to Nashville and attended college in Colorado. Patrick enjoys spending time on
Center Hill Lake or snow skiing with his wife and two boys.
