Line of Business Team Leaders
Robert Ferenc
Mortgage Product Development, AVP
Robert is the leader of Product Development for the Mortgage Division at FirstBank, bringing
15 years of management experience and over a decade of expertise in the mortgage
industry. His role spans reviewing and implementing investor guideline updates, managing
product enhancements, and driving the launch of new mortgage products. Originally from
New York, Robert now calls Spring Hill, TN, home, where he lives with his wife, Katie, and
their two children, Tyler, and Kendall. Outside of work, Robert enjoys watching sports,
exploring financial investments, playing the drums, and spending quality time with family
and friends.
Justin Wilson
Capital Markets, VP
Justin’s primary duties include providing our mortgage sales and operations team’s superior
support, managing loan sales to institutional investors, building and maintaining pricing
models and pricing engines and overseeing mortgage risk models. Justin has been with
FirstBank for three years and has extensive experience in Capital Markets including roles at
AmSouth, Regions and Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria (BBVA US).
Justin was born and raised in Birmingham, AL area and is married to Melinda Wilson.
Together they have four children, Evan (15), James (13), Tyler (11) and Madison (7). In his
spare time, Justin enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing and watching sports.
Tommy Sears
Post Closing Manager
Tommy is responsible for leading and managing our FirstBank Mortgage Post Closing
team. He has 33 years of mortgage experience with the past 17 years spent managing and
overseeing all aspects of a Post Closing Department. When not a work, Tommy enjoys
spending time with his daughter, golfing, bowling, and relaxing by the pool.
