COMPENSAFE
Welcome to Compensafe!
Compensafe is a web platform that is used to manage the compensation process. The platform pulls loan data directly from the
Loan Origination System (LOS) and provides automated compensation calculations once the loan reaches a payable milestone.
In addition to automatically calculating compensation, Compensafe can be used to:
• View compensation agreements
• Verify compensation every payroll period
• Review pipeline and production data
Logging In
To get started, your will first need to login. You will receive an automated email with instructions on how to login.
Payroll
Every month you will receive a calendar invite from the Compensafe Team, asking you to verify your pay and submit any
adjustments by a specific deadline. It is extremely important you submit these as soon as possible, as our Compensafe team
completes all requests manually and they must be all be fulfilled and submitted to HR prior to the payroll deadline.
You cannot request any adjustments through the Compensafe system. You must email SM-Compensafe directly.
The Payroll menu contains:
• Comp Snapshot: Click to review a brief summary of your pay.
• Payroll Summary: Click to access a more in-depth view of your pay.
• My Comp Plan: Click to review your compensation plans.
• Verify Pay: Click to confirm your pay.
