View Compensation Agreements
From the Payroll menu, click My Comp Plan. From the Employee Details, Comp Plan tab, you get a list of all current commission,
allocation and override schedules assigned to you. To view compensation schedule details of a specific schedule, click the
hyperlinked name of the schedule.
To review your compensation agreements, click the Docs tab. Click the view icon () to review the PDF version of your agreement.
Verify Compensation Every Payroll Period
Comp Snapshot
To quickly review your pay, click Payroll and then click Comp Snapshot. The Compensation Snapshot is a short summary of
compensation by pay period.
• Net Pay will include all compensation earned, payroll advances credited, and draw recaptures. To review the details of
payments on the loan record, click the borrower name. If a borrower name is not included, click the transaction name to
review the details.
• The Draw Balance section will include all draws against commission.
• Recaptured draws have been reconciled against commission.
• Nonrecoverable draws will not be deducted from commission.
• Recoverable draws are eligible to be reconciled against commission in a future payroll period. To review the details of each
category, click the arrow icon (>).
• The Other Balance includes all draws with a Pay Type of Other.
• This section also includes recaptured, nonrecoverable, and recoverable draws.
• The Marketing Balance is separate from commission and includes all funds that make up your marketing balance.
