No, network connection is not required in order to access OSCAR.

There is a Search bar at the top of the home screen which can be utilized to search across all sites.
What if I cannot find the document I am searching for?
Submit questions and inquiries to the OSCAR Ticketing system accessible on the homepage or contact the OSCAR Team via email
at OSCAR@firstbankonline.com.
How do I download documents from OSCAR?
Click download at the top of the page. The document will open in the browser and select download for the chosen document.
