ONBOARDING AND TRAINING TEAM
90 Day New Hire Onboarding Support
Prior to start date, an Onboarding Specialist provides our new associates with their personalized training
schedule including Onboarding and Encompass Training. Our Onboarding Specialists will be the new
hire’s main point of contact continuing support for 90 days as needed.
Encompass for Managers
In depth course delivering Encompass expertise for Area Managers. This course includes items such as:
how to build a multiple pipeline views, advanced filtering, pricing averages and exceptions, projections,
lender cures, and pipeline awareness (underwriting / closing queues).
Onboarding / Encompass Training
One full day of training required for all new hires. Our onboarding class is a 4-hour course providing
an introduction to FirstBank culture. New hires will be introduced to our operating systems, human
resources, basic computer start-up, intranets and marketing. Encompass training immediately follows
onboarding and is based on the new hires knowledge of Encompass and mortgage lending as a whole.
