• Team logo, if applicable *Please fill out a marketing request form for a side-by-side logo like my
example below. You MUST have the FirstBank Mortgage logo included if you have a team logo.
• FirstBank Institution NMLS#: there is not a federal requirement to have the institution NMLS in your
email signature. Many choose to include it (when applicable) as a best practice, so add at your
discretion. As you all know, you are required to have your personal NMLS#.
• Equal Housing Lender logo: this is a requirement for advertisements but not your email signature.
• Your email address: you can definitely add this to your email signature, if you’d like.
• Certifications: if you hold nationally recognized/accredited industry-related certifications, this may
be added at your discretion.
What NOT to include:
• Signatures in a business card format (these are no longer approved).
• Buttons for social media
• Scotsman Guide Logo
• CMA Logo
• Cute Quotes or Phrases
• Directions to Office Location
• Directions on how to download LO’s personal app.
• Email backgrounds
