via our accounts management team

Shellpoint? The FirstBank portfolio
manager point of contact
• How are authorizations
provisioned? How many groups
and what permissions are set for
the groups? There is only one role
available for FirstBank access.
De-Provisioning
• How are accounts de-provisioned
in Shellpoint? Request for removal
through the Shellpoint portfolio
manager.
