in Encompass without a street address
and when it's not a refinance. They
will receive email and SMS updates
throughout the loan process. Updates are
triggered by loan milestone changes. The
updates will end once the loan is funded.
Post Close
Borrowers are automatically started
on this journey after closing. They will
receive emails periodically for five years
to help keep your name top-of-mind.
